This program is an integrated learning track designed for students aged 16 and above, combining business, leadership, and communication into a single practical journey.

It focuses on activity-based, real-world learning without the pressure of exams, helping students build strong communication confidence, ethical leadership mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy basics, and overall career and life readiness.

The program structure covers self and society awareness, leadership development, communication and language confidence, public speaking and social skills, business awareness, entrepreneurship, financial aptitude, personality development, and leadership in action.

Delivered through a progressive learning path from June to March, the program prepares students with essential skills required for higher studies, careers, and real-life challenges.
